Order Processing

Orders for items that are in stock are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. When your order ships, you will receive another automatic email confirming the shipment of the order.

Backorders & Special Orders

When viewing any product on our website, please note that the number of copies in stock is displayed directly below the "Add to Cart" button.

You are welcome to place orders for books that are not in stock, or to order more of a book than we have available. However, we cannot guarantee the shipping timeframe of books we do not have in stock. Most backorders return to stock in 2-14 business days, but this is subject to availability from the publisher. Backorders may be canceled upon request at any time.

Domestic Economy Shipping Rates

Orders $50 or more: Free

All orders under $19.99: $4.50 flat rate

All orders $20 - $49.99: $3.99 flat rate

Economy shipments are ground shipments and generally arrive within 1 week.

Generally, economy shipments are delivered by USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Media Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground service, depending on the destination and size of the order.

Domestic Expedited Shipping Rates

Orders under $100: $9.99 flat rate

Orders over $100: Calculated based on the size of the order and destination. During the check-out process, after entering your address, you’ll have an opportunity to review expedited shipping options and costs before paying and completing check-out.

Expedited shipping provides 2-4 business day delivery from the date of shipment.

Generally, expedited shipments are delivered via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS service, depending on the destination and size of the order.

Canadian Shipping Rates

All orders: $29.95 flat rate.

Due to the high cost of shipping and relatively slow delivery time from the US to Canada, we recommend that our Canadian customers order directly from a Canadian retailer such as Sunrise Marian Distribution. However, we understand that many items we carry are hard to find and welcome Canadian orders!

Other International Shipping

Shipping is only available to addresses in the United States and Canada. We are not able to ship to other international destinations at this time.

Special Requests

We recommend contacting us in advance of placing an order if you have any special requests related to shipping (particular carriers, ship dates, packaging materials, etc). While we try our best, we cannot guarantee that any requests included as notes with the order will be granted.
